About
I work at Indigo as a social media manager, but my role has never been limited to one discipline.
I move between storytelling, visuals, communication, and community-building.
What connects everything I do is people - and how they gather around ideas.
I was never interested in categories.
I was interested in what happens between them.
Between people, ideas, emotions, and formats - I create spaces.
At 15, I started expressing a nostalgic emotional perspective that didn’t fully fit into my environment.
I felt a strong need to find people who shared the same emotional language.
That is how I created JaneBirkinDaily.
It was never just a fan page.
It became a cultural space built around a shared feeling - where people connected not to content, but to emotion.
Over time, it grew beyond what I expected and was mentioned by publications such as The Guardian, FashionABC, among others.
I learned that I am not just creating content - I am creating communities.
Indigo / Border Village / Mitsis Suni
At Indigo, I returned to my border village to record oral histories.
I listened to people whose stories might otherwise disappear.
Those stories later became part of a book called Mitsis Suni.
The same place later became the setting for a music festival, where I was one of the main organizers.
Today, I am also working on a documentary film about life in that village, where I was responsible for finding and connecting with the children who appear in the film.
For me, these are not separate projects.
They are different forms of the same impulse - to preserve and translate human stories into different mediums.
Football Project / Cornea Sports
Recently, I worked on a football management project where I started a social media page from scratch. It was a new field for me, but the approach stayed the same.
I observed a community, understood its dynamics, and translated it into narrative and visual form.
In the video work, I avoided a standard sports portrayal.
Instead, I focused on the player as a person - with context, rhythm, and identity beyond the field.
I believe every person already carries something unique within them.
The role of direction is not to create that uniqueness, but to reveal it.
What connects everything
Across all projects, the medium changes - but the intention stays the same.
I am interested in people, not categories.
In how communities form around ideas, emotions, and shared experiences.
That is why I move between social media, cultural projects, events, storytelling, and visual communication.
For me, the goal is not to choose one discipline.
It is to translate people and ideas into spaces where others can see themselves more clearly.
