Touch brings global accelerators to Georgia and provides a fast track to their programs for the startups

MIT EF CEE, Polish accelerator, will provide the direct opportunity to get a place in their next acceleration program to the startup winning the Touch pitching competition, held on 30-31 October in Tbilisi, Georgia. Besides that, Touch will provide many other opportunities to the startups that take part in the Summit.

On October 30-31, Touch will host the fourth edition of international Digital Summit gathering over 1000 attendees from Georgia, its neighbouring countries, Europe and the Middle East for 2 days of keynote talks, insights, workshops, Q/A sessions with well-known speakers, networking parties and fireside chats about technology, design, entrepreneurship and investments.

Last year, Touch united 700+ visitors from 20+ countries. In 2019, it widens its scale and gets additional support from the government of Georgia, state-backed organizations (Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, Georgian National Tourism Administration), City Hall of Tbilisi, Bank of Georgia, Google, Likani and others.

Besides the main program, the Summit will host a pitching competition and Startup Expo, seed-stage startups that meet the criteria below are welcome to apply for the Startup Pass by 7 October:

* Tech-based project

* Team of 2+ members 

* MVP (minimum viable product) ready

* Initial traction – signups, downloads, website traffic, partnership signed etc. 

* Global product

Startups will also get the opportunity to talk personally with the speakers of the Summit, including the representatives of NASA, Nike, Google, Microsoft, BlaBlaCar, Swedbank, IndieGoGo, The Next Web, Zalando, TransferWise, UiPath and 30 other global experts.

Touch team collaborates with global funds and accelerators and will recommend the best startups to the companies like 500 Startups, bValue.vc, lift99 and so on (check the partnerships at the social channels of Touch). All the startups that got the Startup Pass will pitch on the stage, and the best startup will be able to participate in the final selection round to the acceleration program in Poland, within the MIT EF CEE.
